Looks cool, but flawed design. Cantilever style forces off center weight and force, which inevitably causes the holder to loosen from a sturdy tight fit against the wall. 10/10 would NOT recommend buying this.Update: even when upgrading the wall anchor to a more robust and sturdy toggle bolt, the holder does not stay level over time.

This was easy to install and is a good looking accessory in our newly remodeled bathroom. We installed it vertically and like that the base is wide enough that the TP stays upright instead of leaning over. It's a small thing, but something we would've noticed :)
