I wanted a single device to control all devices in my ecosystem, which is really more like Zoo. I have many Tuya devices, and also Philips Hue and Ikea, both are Zigbee. I also plan to install Matter capable TP-Link switches. This hub should cover all of them, although I'm yet to try all its features.

One advantage is the user-friendly interface and simple setup. Even for the less tech-savvy, launching and using the hub won't be much of a challenge.It was extremely simple and easy to use.I plugged in the device and as soon as I opened my Smart life app, the app immediately recognized the hub and set it up.

It works as Tuya hub like my old one. I bought this to connect Tuya devices into my SmartThings ecosystem that didn't connect via the account. This hub only connects to SmartThings when I connect it there first using the Matter code and then start my Tuya network. There aren't any Tuya more devices in my SmartThings ecosystem even this worked with an older Tuya Matter hub (Zemismart M1).This means that I have to redo my Tuya network if something goes wrong.I have returned this hub.

I've been trying to move away from the typical smart things platform, and move to matter. This has enabled me to start experimenting with the platform, and enjoy more customizations and control, scenes, and even tie in some not so smarthings compliant gadgets.

With this, I can control the switch through a phone app when I'm not at home. This little gadget is cheap and easy to set up.

Connectivity and compatibility options are excellent, worth the price. Performance is fast and reliable. A perfect device fo the zigbee upgrades.Very happy with the performance.
