I already had another type of Moes Zigbee hub, but picked this one up to keep some bluetooth lights connected perpetually, and it works as well as I was hoping it would.The device itself refused to pair with my bluetooth lights which was disappointing initially, but they eventually showed up as an "association" automatically with no intervention on my part, as they have been previously paired in the Smart Life app. This kind of opaque network propagation is not ideal, but it works for now.

The product is fine, but(1) the description of remote access is totally misleading; this requires more equipment(2) documentation is TERRIBLE, and leaves out a great deal of detail; looking online does not help AT ALL.(3) i am still unable to get it to respond to the controlling device (hub; phone) so far. NOTHING about how to get it to respond to external command.(4) if you don't mind just having a motor to raise and lower the shade, it is just fine, sturdy. but i want to automate it so that the shade goes up and down at certain hours, and i still don't have that.(5) having said all that, i may still send it back and buy another company's product.
