This base appears to be constructed of sturdy material and is easily assembled EXCEPT for screwing bolts into the ink threaded holes. Make sure you have a die set to clear the threads. This is also a problem with the banned brand composition’s base lassembly The bolt holes are drilled and taped before paint is applied. This results in difficulties getting bolts to screw in. When assembling the name brand base I was able to screw the bolts into the mounting plates without trapping them BUT with some difficulty. This product required the bolt holes to be cleared with a tap. Once threads were cleaned out assembly went smoothly.

Everything was assembled except for attaching to the plywood. As others have stated the screws were a little difficult to get started, but I ran a screw in and out with an impact driver before assembling, after that the assembly was easy. These are great, sturdy and quality paint! I wish I would have found this earlier!

Good product but as most others have noted, the screws are hard to screw through, the tabs of the top plate don’t fit into the slots of the bottom plate ( I had to grind them down smaller to fit) and the feet are far too short to contact the floor (I had to put thick pads on them). Nonetheless, these are easily overcome and it works well after.

I would like to thank Amazon for replacing the mobile base wheel kit. The holes in the plates were threaded like they were supposed to be. I will be sending the other set back tomorrow.

Very solid construction, very easy to assemble. My only complaint is the stationary wheels are too soft they start to flatten if left in the same spot to long. There is not enough lift from the floor with the 360 degree wheels but otherwise great product for the price
