Bought for my grandson age 11. Coat is very nice and warm. Very comfortable to wear and is waterproof. Washes well and is a great fit. I recommend this jacket.

We bought the black white lilac and blue shell jacket. I love that the colors are so unique because I can identify my child on the playground easily. We live in northern Michigan so temps get below freezing all the time and he's nice and warm, it is not super thick but it is soft on the inside.Zipper quality is not good. I'm not sure if it's going to last the whole season but we're trying to be gentle. My son hung it by the hood in his locker on day 2, and now the zipper on the hood does not function. It just opens super easy and falls off. We had to super glue the zipper teeth together so his hood does not fall off his jacket.We purchased the exact same jacket in a different color for my daughter and she also lost her Hood after a month of wear and we had to super glue that one on as well.

I acquired this winter coat through Vine.I was interested in the product for my 7-year-old son.So far, it has been excellent this winter season.It provides good coverage through the middle of his thigh and is lined with fleece so he stays warm.He really appreciates the removable hood! He wears hooded sweatshirts just about every day. Rather than wear two hoods, he removed the hood from this coat.In addition to the pockets on the outside, there is an inside chest pocket as well.He really only uses the outside pockets to store gloves, but it's nice to know there are other options available.This coat is a solid choice!

I bought this jacket in October 2024. My son just started wearing it this week due to the extreme cold weather. The hood is already off the coat! The zipper doesn’t work and my son is going on a school trip today. I feel upset! We’ve passed the return window. If you are looking for a coat to last more than a week, this is not it.
