Great for both odor and moisture absorption! We had an older dresser that was starting to smell musty. I put a bunch of these in the drawers for a month and they worked like magic! Crazy how much water they absorbed. After that I cleaned with vinegar and then after drying sprayed with a clear coat. Now the dresser is perfect!

We bought these for our travel trailer in Nov. 2024 because our humidity was riding around 70%. At first we thought they weren't working. They looked the same for a few months with the balls inside getting a little damp, but today Feb. 2025, we checked on them again, and they are full of water! They're small, so able to fit in pretty much any space, however, that's also a downfall, since they can't hold as much water. They're easy to use, you just peel the foil off and place them where you'd like and there's no smell. However, we're still having a mold problem and having to rip everythig a part and clean.

Happy with these I added to a closet that just seemed to carry a damp odor. Checked it days later and water was absorbed from the sir. So they do work!!!

I didn’t realize when I ordered that these were so small. I still put them around in closets and cabinets. Honestly, I can’t see that they worked at all. Back to Damp Rid for me.

I moved into a condo that had a lingering smell of smoke. After cleaning all the walls and baseboards, painting with a blocker and then thick paint, it was still apparent that there were heavy smokers living here.I am very pleased with these. They are easy to use , small enough to fit on a shelf and they have done the job well. I'm very happy with the results.
