Purchased as a gag gift (inside joke with my niece) It’s pretty, not fabulous in terms of quality. After the first wear some of the stitching started to unravel and a few beads/charms already fell off. But for the price, I’m not too surprised.

I have a grand dog who is pity and corgi mix. I call her my little wiggle. Hysterical on her. However my 9 year old granddaughter who knows she is a dancer took it over. Great fun. Well made and has enough jingle to make her happy and doesn’t make us nuts. You have Grandchildren and love giving them fun items this is a winner. I was then able to show her videos of professional belly dancing. She learns some history and techniques that she loved. Grandma how do you know these things. lolIt fits me fine as well.

This belly dancing scarf/skirt is really cute. It is very simple. It is just a piece of tool with the coins sewn to it, but it works as intended and makes a pleasant sound when you shake it. My wife is not a belly dancer. I ordered this for s!!ts and giggles, so I am not sure how it compares to other similar products.I did knock off one star because, as another reviewer mentioned, it does have a pretty strong chemical smell to it. I don't know if it is the coins or the material or what, but I have had it out of the bag for about a week now and I can still smell it. I haven't tried washing it yet (which will have to be hand wash), but I would have expected the smell to have gone away by now.

Color is nice, and it make noise as expected. However the fabric doesn’t allow it to stay tied. No matter how many ways I tried it fell off after a few seconds

Such a cute item. I didn't want to spend a lot to give belly dancing a try, so this was perfect. I will only use it occasionally. It probably wouldn't hold up to a lot of use but was just what I needed.
