Man it’s just one!! Totally missed that part! Don’t let the pic fool you. It’s just ONE for $43!! Like im really trying to figure out why pumps come as just one and not a set. Women are born with a pair of breasts.. not just ONE!!

I have not used it, I bought it for backup. Since my last pump part had to be replaced in less than two months. I did open the package and it all looks good.

So this is 1 insert, not a pair! The price is way high for just one insert even if it's what I was hoping for because it's what came with my M6. I guess I'm getting Nenesupply or MayMom next time because $10 for 1 insert is entirely too much. (And who sells inserts individually?!) Even Willow's inserts are cheaper!
