This arrived with the outer shipping box and product box undamaged, but the foam form inside had a couple of cracks in it, and 4 pieces were broken off of the item. I probably could have super-glued them back on unnoticeably, but since this was too big for the scale of my village pieces anyway, I just returned it as received.

Very cute building for my collection! One of the people and both of the wreaths came off the light posts but it was an easy fix. All lights work and the music sounds good!
