This is a nice looking chair that is comfortable to sit in, and for these reasons I'm not going to return it. There are no adjustable levers. The armrests do not adjust. The manual and instructions that came with it referred to both of these things. I don't think the pieces were left out of my box, I just think it refers to a different product, although the pictures do match. This is not the chair's fault. There is some lumbar support. It is too short for working at a computer at a desk. I had ordered it for use as a computer desk chair with no wheels. I will end up using it somewhere else. It is not clear what Rolling means in the list of special features for this chair. It is not a rolling chair. Also the QR code in the manual goes to instructions for a gaming chair, but the pictures in the manual are not of a gaming chair. .
