I was unfamiliar with this company but the case was on sale so I took a chance. Perhaps like some shoppers, I own a couple very expensive Pelican cases. I wanted a medium/small case to carry camera gear in but didn’t want to buy another very expensive name brand.I am impressed. The case seems sturdy, and the latches and hinges seem durable (see the photo showing one latch open and the other closed). There are holes near the latches where a padlocks can go but they seem smallish. The other photo shows the upper, bottom, and interior padding (the pluck out type) and all four are removable. The knob centered on the handle is an air vent. As a reviewer mentioned, the exterior dimensions are bigger than the interior measurements which are a little less than 20 1/2 inches by a little less than 10 3/4 inches measured at the opening. There is a slight taper in the case so at the bottom I expect the measurements are a tiny bit smaller. On top of all that, it has a comfortable handle. I will definitely look to Pure Outdoor when I next need a sturdy case.

This fits all my digital camera gear! It is so satisfying to open, almost like those spy movies, and totally easy to customize. The price was great and it is pretty heavy so maybe I will need to buy a collapsible hand truck with wheels because I’m a weakling, but this will be really useful for when I have to shoot somewhere on location— way better than carrying a million smaller cases.

I bought this case to House my new apertura 75Q chromatic refractor. The advantage of this case is that there are pluck out sponge segments, which allow you to make it fit the scope and the attached automatic focuser as well, and I was thrilled that everything came out as good as it did and has provided extremely solid excellent protection as the case is like armor. I would highly recommend it to anyone else.

I bought this to store a few Canon FD lenses in my collection that's growing. I'd love to buy the P**n brand but they are quite pricey for just the storage purpose. The monoprice brand fits the bill in terms of price and size. I wish the sponge is bit firmer though. The green color looks so nice and has military vibe, so I won't be surprised if people buy this color to store and transport firearms.

Nice hard case if you want to use it for the sparx sharpener and much less expensive. Customized it to feet everything that I have with my machine. Recommend it.

Needed really sturdy case to transport large (13cm diam X 70cm long) telescope & peripherals by air. This case has room for everything, & pluck-out foam inserts (5 layers of them) were easy to customise so all the parts are snug & well protected from bumps & vibrations. Construction is excellent, the latches (3 in front & 2 each side) clamp down securely. They do require some effort to open & snap shut, which I want. There are 4 locations for padlocks (1 on either side of the left & right front latches) for added theft protection. Very satisfied.

My biggest challenge with buying a hard case was making sure I got one that was the right size. Luckily I got it right and this one is exactly the right size I needed for my precious collection of telescope eyepieces. The item is exactly as described. It's durable and solid looking and the latches close nice and tight. The foam inserts are in layers and it was really easy to customize the inside for my treasures. I'm not convinced it's fully waterproof, but I don't plan on testing that part. :) It certainly makes me confident enough for the normal item protection I expected and bought it for. Ordering was quick and easy and it came in quickly.
