Heating quickly

Warm Tips:
- We recommend adding some stock or water to food before heating, making the food more evenly heated. (Note: Do not add water to the base, but add it to the food.)
- Must open the exhaust cover before heating, the product will be deformed if you don't open the exhaust cover, as the heating food will raise the stem.
- Do not high temperature sterilize with disinfecting cabinet.
- Do not heat the lunch box with a microwave oven.
- Retire the power lines before eating.

I ordered these fir all my guys fir Christmas & they love it. Husband works outside so appreciates a warm/hit lunch in the winter. He plugs this in, in his truck a little before lunch & he says the food is piping hot. The insert comes out so it's very easy to clean, hand wash or dishwasher. Came with a cord for car/ truck or regular outlet. A small plastic lidded container to separate food & even a small metal fork & spoon. This house will for sure always have a couple of these on hand.
