This waffle iron doesn't get hot enough even on the highest (dark) setting. And it also doesn't heat evenly. Waffles should take about 5-6 minutes to cook. I cooked the first round for 10 minutes, and they still weren't browned. I cooked a second round for 15 minutes, and there were spots that were too dark, but still also areas that weren't brown enough. And because they cooked so slowly the waffles were tough. I am including a picture. The first round is the 4 on the right. And the the two on the left were the second round. And it's a waffle iron! How hard can it be to make a decent one? I am very disappointed. This will go in the trash, and I will try a different brand.

This waffle maker makes yummy crispy waffles in minutes. I have a family of five, and I can make waffles for everyone in about 10 minutes. the waffle maker is easy and fast to clean. And we have experimented with making grilled cheese and breakfast sandwiches, and they turned out amazing. Great value for my money, easy to store.

I have to give it a three since it's just okay. It's not very large and not very deep, so the waffles are thin and small. I also thought that the thermostat was going to show you when the waffles are ready according to your setting, but that's not the case - all it shows you is that the waffle iron has reached cooking temp, that's all. So, like I said, it's okay. It's not bad or anything. It can be used. But it's nothing like the Cuisinart we used to have.

Heats fast and cooks fast (i had a smaller weaker one) and crispy. My bad for the overflowing but it stayed inside the canals. Stayed crispy till all were ready. Made with Keto vital wheat gluten, worked perfect.

This waffle maker works absolutely great and gets hotter than most consumer level waffle makers. My only gripe is that the unit has screws which make you think the metal plates can be removed to be cleaned, they cannot.Removing the screws simply exposes the heating elements, so be careful cooking anything in here that might stick/burn!

I was so excited to use my waffle maker that I literally already had the waffle mixture ready to go when the waffle maker arrived.I went through A LOT of reviews for this waffle maker and others before ultimately choosing this one.The two factors that ultimately had me choosing this machine was the "choose your darkness" feature and "making up to 4 waffles at a time.As a family of 4 who all likes our toast slices toasted at different darknesses, I thought that was a good feature to have.I used a tiny bit of oil on My maker before pouring batter in. Nothing stuck. The photo of waffles in the review was the first batch *of three* that I made last night within 10 mins of receiving. (I froze some for the kid's breakfast's)They were nice and evenly cooked.One suggestion is that you eat them right away when making them for that meal or else the heat will cause condensation on your plate and make your waffles soggy. Not a huge deal, we just zapped them in the toaster quickly until the bacon was done cooking.The lid does feel a little "wiggly" but I checked it over, no screws are loose, nothing is wrong with it. I think it just needs to be loose fitting because the lid raises a bit while the waffles bake.I even got a little brave for the last batch and added chocolate chips and there was no sticking whatsoever.I would HIGHLY recommend.If anything breaks in the next 90 days, I will edit my post lol

I bought 1 and it broke while washing it after the first use, got refused. I bought a 2nd one cause it cooked well and i liked the size of it. It broke again on the first use. Returning it and not buying again.
