I love the grease fitting feature on the Moog stabilizer bar. Please note, however, that they do not come pre-filled with grease...just enough to keep the part lubricated during manufacturing and shipping. You will need a grease gun and I'd recommend a synthetic (red) grease (Mobil 1 is one of the cheaper options on this site). The moveable parts are very stiff, which is good, and the unique flat-sided grab nut on the base of the threaded nipple is a tremendous time/effort saver over the OEM design which can be almost impossible to remove without cutting off with an angle grinder or reciprocating saw. I've installed this model on several of my Pilot/Odyssey vehicles over the year and will continue to use it in the future.

I don't know if they will last as long as the original Honda parts, but they look as well made as the originals, plus they have the grease fittings to allow for periodic lubrication. The originals don't.

My 2012 Honda Pilot with 84k miles, was making a creaking/clunking type noise. I checked it out an noticed the rubber boots of the original, front, stabilizer bars were ripped and needed replacing. I ordered pair of these because they have Zerk grease fittings on both ends. I take car of my vehicles so the Zerks were important to me to help maintain my Pilot. Removing the old stabilizer bars proved a different task though. Nothing my grinder could not cut off though. Nothing but fun and excitement there... (cough). Once they were off, these connected right up. It took longer to take the old ones off than to put these one. I used plenty of Anti-seize and torqued to 40 ft/lbs (45 ft/lbs w/ no anti-seize)...Greased the zerks with a few pumps of some RedandTacky (NLGI-GC LB) and the noise was gone.ALSO : This bar was 12.9 mm in diameter. The OEM (factory original) was 10 mm in diameter. They should put the in the specs. I did look for it prior but could find nothing.Bonus for being thicker, stronger. This is a problem solver !

My 2010 Honda Pilot was making some awful cluck sound over small bumps. I took it to Honda for an oil change and the service guy said it was the front suspension(He would no say exactly what??). After a small amount of internet homework I found these links(common issue) were most likely the culprit. At $25 a piece I figured why not, even if they were not the problem they would probably need to be replaced sooner or later. So glad it was the problem, it drives like a new SUV! Super easy to install, just a little tough getting the old ones off(Thanks small vice grips!). Drivers side took a little longer to do but took about 1 hour total for me , I'm mechanically inclined but no mechanic. Nice solid replacement parts, saved hundreds i'm sure. The clunk sound is gone, Hooray!

Very impressed! These rock- compared to the OEM Honda Pilot (2011, hey- they lasted 120k miles also). Confirming other reviews: Much thicker & heavy duty. Yes- I had the dreaded “clunk” of a blown stabilizer ball joint, and the lack of front-suspension stability (wow)- put these on with new sway bar bushing and HUGE improvements to quite ride and smooth handling.**Update Hint0- Grease them at install! and then grease them regularly in your maintenance intervals. (Learned from my mistakes- I did a bad rookie job and didn’t …. And forgot all about them. 4 years/70k miles and increased rough and dusty rural roads driving, and one of the front link lower ball joints blew up.) - I still bought the same for replacements. They are good.Hint- Replace the sway bar bushings at the same time since you have the lower end of the stabilizer link connection off anyway & add Teflon grease to those!Hint2- if DIY, be prepared to sawsall cutting off the old frozen bolts/stripped out hex. Trust me and everyone else on that same recommendation.

Replacing the Sway Bar Links fixed the "clunk" we were having when driving over non-smooth roads. Moog makes an excellent product and these have grease fittings for lubrication. Steering seems "tighter and more responsive".

MOOG makes great replacement parts. This is way better than OEM with grease fittings. Half the price from local auto parts stores.

Although the originals can be a pain to remove. The new MOOGS are super easy to install and they fit my 2011 MDX perfectly. No more clanking noise from the front end. A relatively easy DIY project to save your self a couple hundred dollars from the shop rate.I got a 130,000 km's out of the originals. It will be interesting to see how long these MOOGs last.
