I bought this for a recent motorcycle camping trip in the Everglades due to it's small packed size and it worked great. The chair takes around 30 seconds to set up and break down. The metal poles have bungies attaching them like tent poles and rapidly snap into place.Once set up it can wiggle around a little but has absolutely no problem holding my 210 lbs while sitting on dirt/grass and sipping a beer or gazing at the stars. . The chair is about 80% as comfortable as a full-sized folding sling chair, but 1/4 of the packed size. Having a chair is a game changer while motorcycle camping and makes the event much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this camping chair if packed size is of any importance to you.The only down sides I could come up with is that it is not as sturdy as a full sized sling chair. If you were going to be using this every day at your home it might not last as long. This is a trade-off for being lightweight and having all the folding joints. Also you sit lower to the ground so getting up and down is more work than a higher perch.Overall I recommend this camp chair.

I'm 275lbs, it holds me, no sweat. it is super light for carrying around (think fireworks events, motorcycle, etc.), no lugging uncomfortable, 8 lbs. lawn chairs over your solder for hundreds of yards. So it's light, strong, capable. All good things. My dislikes. I'm 55 y.o. and it's low to the ground, so your knees know it when you are getting up. Has only a side pocket no arm rests. You sink down in like a recliner, so not something for extended sitting. The feet are small rubber caps, rather than wide plates or plate attachments, so in soft ground it's going to sink in.As my title says, it is a nice blend of the most important features in a portable chair, but does miss on a few that are desirable secondary features. I keep this one in my motorcycle side bag, for it's extreme portability, yet a reliable seat.

It fits in my backpack and is fairly straightforward to assemble. The chair packed in the case is about the size of a first aid kit. Weight in a backpack is negligable. The frame is attached to itself with elastic, like tent poles. I can just hike down a trail, find a spot I like, and veg out. I don't normally use my phone while doing so, but wanted to take the picture in use. The feet are a little small, no doubt so it has a small size in the bag. This means you do need to be mindful of how hard the ground is. But, it can be an advantage if you want the back to sink a little to make it more of a lounge chair. Your neck may not appreciate it, but it can be dozed off in. It is no substitute for the traditional folding camping chair, but for backpacking runs, it is absolutely perfect. I'm 5'8" and 170 pounds, and it is about perfect size, if a little low. Taller than about 5'10" and heavier than 200 pounds and may find it less comfortable. Absolutely better than sitting on that rock. If I lost it or managed to break it, would buy again.

My daughter recommended this to me prior to our beach trip. We pack light and fly to our vacation spot and this easily fit in my carry on bag! It is lightweight for carrying to/from the beach and fit inside my beach bag. It works amazingly well in the soft, dry as well as the hard, wet sand. Just a quick rinse in the sea and it packs up in no time for next time! A great invention! We were able to use it without the wider “feet”. They were the hardest part to assemble/disassemble so we were glad not to have to need them. We each weigh around 160 lbs. and the chair fit was perfect for us.

I returned these chairs. They were ok.Pro. Compact, somewhat comfortable, comes with a carry pouch, has pockets, materials and frame are of good quality and would last a long time (I think)Con, I'm 5'7" and the back support rod is just at the height where it diggs I to your back a little. Long sitting periods would not be great with a blanket or something thrown over to pad it out. I wish they made a higher back versionThe feet stick into the dirt and sand and sink in.No cup holderPutting it together and taking it apart are a 7 out of 10 as far as easy and not annoying. No carry strap for the bagSide note. It is the exact same as the iclimb. I bought that one too. The iclimb has detachable feet that spread out and do not dig in. That's the only difference, I bought that one and kept it.I do like this chair. I just wish the mack rod was in a better place and that the feet were more thought out. This would work fine on a hard surface. Link below to the iclimb. If you're going to buy this style, spend the extra cou ke bucks and get that one.MOON LENCE Camping Chair Compact Backpacking Chair Folding Chair with Side Pockets Portable Chair Lightweight Heavy Duty for Hiking & Beach https://a.co/d/dFk1KIe

Someone I know is homeless and they carry their life in their backpack. This compact chair fits right in. It holds a larger amount of weight for sometimes hours a day. And nothing but sparkling feedback. Super user friendly. Easy to get back in the case. Only downside is the legs sink in the mud. So you need a hard surface to set on.
