Thick vinyl leather like material. Sewn in bunji cord for around back of the tire when installed. Printed as pictured. Sized as noted. Fit was/is perfect. Nice cover, truly! Price can't be beat. How long will it withstand the elements?

Lost on highway first time out with it looked cool but flew right off should add a strap on back going across it would stop that from happening simple tie or bungee
