This unit is 1/3 the cost of the OEM and looks identical. It works identical too and fits and plugs right in. Will see how long it lasts but its worth a shot to try it since its so much cheaper. Will report back after some time to see how it holds up.

Very Comforting knowing it was a simple plug and play replacement, even the connectors and pins were included just in case mine were melted or damaged in anyway. I wasn't intimidated at all by the name of the part "Mosfet Voltage Regulator Rectifier" sounds serious. This might have taken all of 5 minutes to install. I was excited to press Start button. Fired right up and finally the slow crank was back to normal and so far battery is charging properly again. Great product all the way around Will not hesitate to use Vendors other parts if needed.

This MOSFET kit comes with all of the wiring connections to make a clean and easily installed conversion. You might need to consult an online forum to find the exact wiring procedure for your bike. I used this on a motorcycle that is well know for burning out stock rectifiers so there was a lot of posted knowledge about how to make the conversion. So far so good, battery is staying charged and no melted charging wires.

This product was plug and play. Bolted right on like it should. It has been working exceptionally for a couple weeks now! I recommend this product.
