Holes are small enough to keep out mosquitoes and even smaller insects, but with the overlapping it is not so easy to find the entrance. The plastic hook and top is very cheap tho.

I love the fact that mosquitoes and flies can't get to me! I can eat my food outside, I can read, I can look at my computer and don't have to slap my arms and legs every 2 minutes.

This thing is enormous! You can sleep a whole family under this thing and that's really why I got such a big one to cover a big crew all at once. No unexpected holes. Good entry overlap. Seems to work as advertised.
