I bought this to replace my wallet and calendar. I have been able to not only replace those two but was able to add my book journal, junk journal and bullet journal for annual goals etc. I'm so happy with my purchase and all my added pieces. The leather is soft and flexible, but obviously excellent quality. Would definitely buy again!!

The Moterm traveler notebook was exactly as described. My photo lighting doesn’t do justice to the deep blue green color of the notebook. It’s professional looking without looking staid. I really, really like the interior number of card, secretarial, and slip pockets as well as the full back pocket. I’m going to be using this as my daily planner/agenda, notebook and calendar. It’s a soft and pliable leather. I also own Gillio, Van der Spek, and Chic Sparrow products, and I love each one of them. The workmanship and leathers for each are stellar. The leather of the Moterm does not match the leathers of those brands, but the Moterm was about $64.00 and the products I have from the other companies are at least $100.00 more than the Moterm. So for the price point, I’m very happy with the purchase, and I expect to get a lot of use out of it. I just received it, so I’ll see how it holds up over time.

I like using a passport traveler’s notebook as my main wallet as I like to be able to carry a pen and some small notebooks along with all my other wallet essentials, but the TN-brand notebooks don’t have a ton of pockets to make them super functional as wallets. This one has lots of interior pockets and a zipper pocket that can hold change as well as the four elastic strings that hold my passport-size notebooks, a dashboard, and some extra vinyl card pockets. The pen elastic is very high quality and expands quite a bit…mine easily holds a Uni-ball One P which is a cute short pen that is a chunky 14mm in diameter. The leather is soft and nice feeling and I love the gray color. Great alternative to a traditional TN if you’re planning to use it as a wallet!

LOVE this little journal cover. It doubles as a wallet and has sooooo much room. Incredibly well made, beautiful pebbled leather. I've never loved a journal more than this one. Worth every penny. The only downside is it can get a bit on the fat side if you use all the pockets, but the extra button closure helps, and it still fits into my smaller purses. I wish there were more colors, because I'd buy more. I was skeptical of a $45 journal cover, but this was so well made and clever with the pockets it'll last decades. I've had dozens of passport sized journals, and this one takes the cake. If you're on the fence, buy it, it's worth the cost.

It’s beautifully made, material feels great. The color is also perfect for what I was looking for. I absolutely love it! Highly recommend as a gift or self purchase. Can be used for planner or journal cover. Worth the price!

This is a lovely travelers notebook cover. I've never had one of the original TN covers, but I'm aware of how they're designed, and this one seems more functional since it has built-in pockets, a snap closure mechanism, and multiple elastic bands inside. Overall, the construction quality of the cover is excellent.However, there are few areas that need improvement:- The cover is floppy, so it's hard to write in this journal without a hard surface behind the notebook. This could be improved by the manufacturer including a hard pencil board or making the leather firmer.- The included inserts are terrible quality. The grid paper isn't cut uniformly, so some of the lines are slanted compared to the cut of the paper. Also, the paper is so sharp that I already got a papercut from accidentally brushing my hand against it. I'm replacing these inserts with higher-quality ones from other brands, but I feel it's a sad waste of paper to throw away the inserts that came with the cover.Overall, I'd recommend this planner as long as you're ok with buying new inserts and have a hard surface or pencil board to write on.
