I used to think that DEF fluid were all the same so why spend more? However, this Ford product works better because it does not get used up as quickly.

I do wish the gallons had a seal on it. That did make it seem a little sketchy.But I tested it with my DEF tester (you can get those here on Amazon). It tested fine.Poured into trucked and it has ran fine since.

Arrived in good condition. However crystalized DEF blobs around lid. Upon further examination factory tamper seal missing. Last purchased 2.5 gallon from Ford Dealer and that jug had factory tamper seal under jug lid. Weary if product was re-packaged with inferior DEF causing warranty issues.

Both jugs were different even though product is the same. Put both in the trash since ford dealer said they couldn't test them as they both leaked in the box and no ability to do so. $87,000 truck not gonna chance it on something that may be incorrect. Just go to dealership. Got them for $13/gallon and filled in parking lot.

Seemed strange to me that neither gallon jug had the little seal under the cap that every other liquid jug has. it had a seal tape over the actual lid, however both jugs had leaked during transport. I'm not about torisk an expensive repair over this. I would not advise getting this product. I'm not saying it isn't DEF, but i am suspect that it is an actual Motorcraft product.
