Worked great on a 2003 ford explorer driver door. I was getting the constant Door Ajar warning. I tried a generic one first and it stopped it from saying door ajar. However, then it thought the door was always closed, which is better but still problematic. Ended up just buying this OEM part and it worked perfect. Installation is pretty easy and there are multiple instructional video online on how to diagnose and change this part.

This park part worked just right. You need to make sure you get the correct one either driver side or passenger side.

Still had some issues for about a week but the sensor mush have adjusted because now it’s working perfectly normal again

Ready availability, Prime shipping, and factory fit part. This wasn’t as hard to install as it looked, but it does require removal of the door latch. It took me about an hour to do the whole job, taking my time as I went. Affordable and easy enough DIY repair for anyone who does their own work on vehicles.

Lo compre para la puerta izquierda de conductor por que el tablero me marcaba "driver door ajar" y me botaba el seguro y no se apagaba la luz de adentro, por ahora ya se corrigio con este sensor, es la parte correcta.
