I bought this headset to talk with my group on long motorcycle rides. It works really well! The sound is crystal clear and the button is easy to use with gloves. Getting it paired took a minute but once I figured it out, no issues with connectivity. The batteries last for hours whether talking on the phone or listening to music. Most products of this quality are well over $200 so this was a great deal!

This has pretty good sound quality which is kinda rare in these kinds of headsets. It also goes VERY LOUD, which is important while riding a motorcycle and I can even keep my ear plugs in.The controls really make sense - much better than many others. Like double-clicking volume butts to change track/channel. Why aren't they all like this? This one's just better.I love that this has a good FM radio built right in as I like to listen to local stuff while riding. It doesn't remember channels, which might be good, but it keeps the controls simple and it scans to the next channel quickly.GREAT INSTRUCTIONS! The wording is good with proper grammar and it's actually easy to understand. Good instructions are becoming very rare and it's a pet peeve of mine.GREAT SUPPORT (also rare)! At first I had some trouble with this powering on because it arrived with a flat battery and needs its own USB wire for charging, but I figured that out eventually. I ended up contacting support about the FM Radio, and they advised me how to turn it on. NOTE: In the instruction booklet, for "FM Radio On/Off" it probably should also say "(Power on state)". So, the device should be on already when turning the RM radio on/off.At ~$106, this is a pretty good value. It has features like an expensive one, but is priced better than most.

Works alright. After the first use I lost control over my music from the device. My buddy and I had some really bad issues with reverb using the intercom where it got so bad we had to take our helmets off, still haven’t figured it out. I got ahold of customer support and they were sort of helpful, they didn’t help at all with the music control issue. I haven’t heard from them after receiving their first email. Music sound is decent at low volume. You get what you pay for.
