Not a fan of the Tesla cupholders by any stretch but these make them a little less infuriating. Out of the box, I popped this bad boy in, and it was a little loose at first. I followed some of the other peoples advice and put it in some hot water and pulled the center most edges away from each other and popped it back in - perfect-o! Fits like a glove. It won’t fit oversized cups but is perfect for a standard 12oz can, 20 oz bottle, and my daily coffee cup is a Boba Fett inspired Corkcicle tumbler which also fits perfectly with no wiggle and no worrying about spilling. It will also fit my corkcicle canteen (also inspired by the Fett) but will not fit the “sports canteen†as it is too wide. BUT - if you really want to use that cupholder for larger bottles, simply squeeze the center points of the insert together and pop it out and toss it in the middle console and voila! You’re good to go! This product is well made, not too flimsy, well fitting, and should have come stock with the car in my humble opinion!

Got this for our Tesla that didn’t come with any kind of cup holder protection. It’s an easy solution and fits good. Easy to take out if cleaning it’s needed. It does not look awkward at all and tumblers don’t make any noise while driving also they don’t shake or scratch the cup holder. A must if you want to protect your holder.

I ordered this for my 2021 Model 3 because the cup holders from Tesla aren’t adaptive and smaller cups and cans slide around too much. This insert works pretty well and the fit is good. The material is rubbery like many phone cases and it grabs smaller cups and cans well. It’s also easy to remove for cleaning or if I happen to have a large cup that won’t fit with it installed.One thing to note is that the cup holder is not reversible. If you install it and it’s not fitting well, just rotate it 180 degrees and try again. This wasn’t obvious from the instructions and I only noticed because I installed it the wrong way first and was disappointed with the fit before I rotated it.

I had heard I might need one of these before I picked up my car. I thought I would try it for a few days and see for myself. Nope. I stopped for a Starbucks tea on my way home from picking up the car, and ordered this from the Starbucks parking lot. The cupholders in the Model Y are horrible. This fixes them perfectly. My drinks are secure, it stays put when Im pulling them out, and it looks like it belongs. The fit is maybe just a touch lose, but not enough to bother me. I have a feeling that with time and maybe some summer heat it will soften and settle in a little better. Even if it doesnt, Im happy with it.

Fits perfectly. Didn't quite fit out of the bx so I went in the house and poured boiling water in it. Gave it a few flexes. It then fit perfect. Insulated mug is a snug fit but the holder stays put when cup removed. For those that don't read instructions IT ONLY GOES IN ONE WAY. If it doesn't fit right turn it around. The graphics on the bottom of the holder should help.
