This file cabinet is made to work! It came well-packaged with the typical styrofoam but also with metal frames protecting the sides and hard plastic protecting the corners. You need to install the wheels. Be sure to pay attention to which wheels have locks and put the on the front of the cabinet. There is a 5th wheel that supports the bottom drawer when fully pulled out.Pros:-came well protected in shipping-sleek design with integrated drawer pulls-Lots of storage in all 3 drawers-easy to assemble-smooth rolling drawers and wheels-comes with 2 keysCons:-the file drawer is designed to hold A4 files front to back. It’s easily adaptable to letter-sized hanging folders side to side, but you loose some capacity (see 3rd pic).

It's a extremely study cabinet...very smooth rolling and the drawers open and close easily...no catches. There is a fifth wheel that comes to be placed at the front of the bottom drawer, so extra support. It came with two keys...a regular one and a fold up one which I honestly loved! The pen tray fits down into slots in the top edge of the drawer so it stays put while opening and closing the drawer, but is easily picked up to move. Hoping I can order extra trays like this! The packaging was very good. I really love this file cabinet.

filing cabinet arrived two days early as stated on amazon. it was packaged very nicely and securely with two metal frames to protect during shipping.three door filing cabinet is very nice and looks great in our home office. it did come with a top drawer tray and 5 wheels. easy assembly.the cost of this unit is worth the price compared to other stores, other similar filing cabinet sheet metal was weak and poorly made. too wobbly . with this one, its very strong and seems it will last a long time after opening/closing the drawers which open and close very smoothly.filing cabinet came with two keys and a very good locking mechanism.

Extremely well packaged, had similar products get twisted, dented, bent. Drawers slide easily. Went together with a minimum of effort. Attractive price vs others looked at office stores. It does need a hanging folder frame as drawer are slightly wider than hangers.

I know I ordered a half decent cabinet, but honestly I've never once seen packaging anything close to this nice. I am relatively certain this could of been dropped off a 2 story building and would have arrived in mostly perfect condition. First, there are 2 steel frames protecting all 4 corners, next there is some of the most dense styrofoam I've ever seen, and finally plastic corner protectors nice enough I am considering keeping them to use for an unknown future project.Anyway, I am very happy with the product, it showed up in pristine condition, it isl currently empty and the bottom 2 drawers seem to rub each other a small bit, but I suspect that will go away when weight is added. All 3 drawers have a open/close resistance, but that was very clearly an anti-slam feature and not a bug. Beyond impressed with the quality of this purchase.Note: All product description dimensions seem pretty spot on, but if they are off its 1/8" or less. Also note the provided height dimension does include the casters; which add ~2 inches.

I have one just like it at work; this one has slightly thinner metal sheets but is very solid and looks great in my office area. Drawers slide quite freely, but they don't have any issues opening on their own.

These cabinets were designed for A4-sized hanging folders. The ability to accommodate letter-sized folders appears to have been just an afterthought. You can make them fit, but not well. We bought 4 of these cabinets and were pleased by the overall construction but will now need to invest in all new A4-sized folders to be able to use them efficiently.The metal bar required for adapting to letter-size folders needs to be installed upside-down to keep the folders from falling off when they are not perfectly perpendicular to the bar. But then folders at each end of the bar fall down into the 3/8-in slots at the ends. And because the folders need to all be at the back of the drawer, the back end of the folders hit the drawer above when removal is attempted. Very inconvenient.
