Additional Checklist For Special Desks
1. Desk with underframe:
Ensure the contact surface width between the clip plate and metal rim is greater than or equal to 50mm(1.97"). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.
2. Desk with side panel:
Ensure the distance between the desktop edge and the side panel is greater than or equal to 60mm(2.37"). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.
3. Desk with back panel: Ensure the depth between the desktop and back panel is greater than or equal to 100mm( 3.94"). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.
Important Note: The gas spring is pre-set to medium tension（Not applicable to all displays）. You will need to refer to the figure above and adjust the tension according to the weight of your monitor once the monitor is hung on.

I was looking for a monitor arm to free up space on my desk. This one works perfectly. It was easy to install and the cable management helps to keep my desk looking clean, tidy and organized. The monitor is just floating in the air with full range of motion. This arm is sturdy and I'm not concerned that it won't sufficiently hold the monitor. I got it as a Black Friday deal for $29.99 -- well worth the price. The only negative is that the tilt seems to be a bit weak. I have a 27" monitor that is within the weight range, but I had to crank the tilt adjust very hard to keep the monitor from slowly falling off-angle. It is now holding in position, but as I said, I had to really tighten it to get it to stay here. But otherwise, I'm very pleased with this arm and would recommend it.

Overall, these mounts are great. I’ve two of them. The labeling is backwards though - telling you to turn it left to tighten and right to loosen, when it’s the opposite. Easy to install, pretty sturdy.

It was easy to install. The arm clamps to your desk and holds up your monitor. The monitor can move all directions. This one is suitable, but it would be nice if the range of motion was better.There is a cover for the arm. I thought it was meant to run the power wire for the monitor through. When I tried to remove the cover it broke on me. There are four small tabs that the cover snaps into the arm with. I broke one of the tabs. If you're going to remove the cover be careful and Pry the 4 tabs out of the arm with a screwdriver or something flat.Other than that the thing works great.

I'm not very mechanically inclined, but by following the included instructions and using a very basic set of tools, i was able to set this up by myself in probably 30 minutes or less.I'm using it with a 32" screen and it works great. I can move it up and down and side-to-side without any issues, it also tilts easily.

I never write reviews, but this company (MOUNTUP) and product deserves to be celebrated. They went above and beyond to help me, and saved me a lot of money as well. First, in July of 2022, I purchased five of the single monitor mounts to use on two household work desks. We opted for the single mount, which provides more control, flexibility, and configuration options for our situation compared to dual/triple monitor mounts. The set up is easy and the product is heavy duty – I have the utmost confidence the monitor will stay safely in place, even with cats. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the product and price.In December of 2023, I purchased a new very expensive stand-up desk but the thickness of the desk frame and top exceeded the depth of the C-clamps for the 3 existing single monitor mounts, which rendered them useless. I searched everywhere online to find the larger clamps, yet unsuccessful. I purchased another single monitor mount from another company and was disappointed with the quality – cheap, plastic, and unreliable, so I returned it. I took a chance and reached out to MOUNTUP, as their site says if your desk thickness exceeds 1.97†reach out for suitable C-clamp. They replied within 12 hours and said they could help. After a few email exchanges to collect more info from me, they shipped 3 new larger clamps, priority mail, free of charge, with tracking. The whole process from for initial contact to assembling my new desk with larger c-clamps took only 6 days – very impressive!!!MOUNTUP - THANK YOU for amazing me. You are the first vendor on Amazon that has utterly impressed me. You went above and beyond.

Got two of these for my 27 inch AOC monitors. Arm install is pretty straightforward and has a solid construction. It holds the monitor well with no sagging.

I've had this mount for about 3 days, and there's a few things I need to let future buyers know. Number one, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!Number two, don't read too much into the bad reviews, and here's why. Some reviews complain that their monitor wont stay up, or wont hold the tilt. The hydraulic is faulty, the instructions are not clear, or the screen rotation is off by 3 degrees or so. Here are my finds so far.-If you have the appropriate weighted monitor, this thing should work flawlessly (with the exception of actual manufacture defects that may or may not occur).-The head of the mount does rotate, and is not fixed.-The cable management is flawless so long as you give yourself enough length of cable for the mount to flex and move without breaking a cable.-Adjusting the actuation of the arm is not what it seems for the top half of the mount. I did not RTFM when adjusting weight, and actually went the wrong way, and had consult the manual provided. When it comes to the hydraulic adjustment of the arm, lefty tighty, righty loosey.-Above all, make sure you have/get a monitor with a VESA MOUNT. If you don't have a monitor with a VESA mount, don't worry too much. There are adapters you can get for your particular monitor.FINAL VERDICT SO FAR:You get what is advertised, and nothing less. READ the instructions provided, and you should be fine. This thing supports my ASUS TUF Gaming monitor 27' curved display just fine. Only time will tell if this mount will hold its value over time.-One last side note that I've noticed. when choosing your monitor, companies don't advertise the weight of JUST the monitor. So if you're worried that the monitor you want may be on the edge of too heavy, the stand equipment being removed will more then likely cut the weight down by at least a quarter, if not half.Pros: works as advertised and fits my needs.Cons: Bad reviewers that don't know what TH they're doing or talking about.

Excelente producto. TenÃa mis dudas por que no era vendido directo por Amazon. La verdad es que me sorprendió para bien la calidad del brazo, y el acabado. Tiene un satinado de buena calidad y está acompañado de instrucciones precisas de como ajustarlo e incluso ajustar la torción dependiendo del peso del monitor. Lo instalé en un monitor pequeño de 22 pulgadas para probarlo. Estoy por ordenar uno nuevo para uno mucho más pesado de 27 pulgadas.
