The quality is pretty good. Its very functional. The only issue was the instructions a bit confusing but figured it out. In order to get the banner not to fall off was by bending it in a wave.

Motor lags and does not spin ON FIRST USE! I am so disappointed! Of course i purchased months ago in preparation for the holidays and missed my return window. BUYER BEWARE. Cheap materials and construction. What a Scam - really do not believe the reviews that they have posted that say this product is amazing. I wanted this to work so much....darn it....live and learn.

This is a great tree topper. I broke 2 of them so be careful not to drop it. Attaching to the tree can be challenging. Definitely dresses up the tree really well.

This arrived with a US plug I bought it from Amazon UK and a UK retailer has therefore sold me a product that is not lawful to sell to a UK customer. I see that someone has said they will try using it with an adapter. Please don't - it is highly unlikely that a simple product like this has a voltage switcher built in and if you try and use it in the UK you are chucking about double the voltage it is expecting through it - that is not safe.
