Right part as discribed. Worked well with my dual tanks on my RV. Would recommend any Mr. Heater parts to anyone.

I almost bought this, but I called Mr. Heater tech support first and found out that a) they don't sell them and b) you can buy it on RV Outfitters for $1.64.This should NOT be called "Mr. Heater". It's deceptive.IF you have an extend a stay and want to buy a quick connect adapter, you DO ALSO need to buy one brass 1/4 male inverted flair x 1/4 female NPT adapter AND one brass 1/4 female inverted flair x 1/4 male NPT adapter, but Mr. Heater does NOT sell them.You want brass to avoid bi metalic reactions.He told me that hardware store might, or auto parts store, or gas and plumbing supply store. Amazon might, but not to me. Not at this price. Not on your life.Be advised that you want to use the CALL size, NOT the actual pipe thread diameter. Mine IS 1/4". My little inverted male is actually 3/8" when I hold it to a ruler. Yours might be 3/8", in which case it will measure larger, probably 1/2" or 5/16". Also NPT 1/4" CALL appears to actually be 7/16" when you measure it. You will still need the above adapters with your quick connect but change the call size to 3/8".
