I purchased this kennel, and it exceeded my expectations! The assembly was straightforward, and the quality of the materials is impressive. The water-resistant roof is perfect for keeping my dog dry during unexpected rain, and the secure lock provides peace of mind. The rotating feeder is a fantastic addition—super convenient for feeding without having to open the door. The size is just right, providing plenty of room for my dog to move around comfortably (4’L x 4’W x 4.4’H).Overall, this kennel is sturdy, durable, and well-designed. Highly recommend it to any dog owner looking for a reliable outdoor solution!Would you like to customize the review further?

Update #2: customer service has reached out and replaced the faulty kennel with a new one. This one seems better made than the original one.Update: not even a month later the spring connector for the feeding door broke off. It's not even a daily used kennel. So disappointed. Not worth the money spent on it.Part of the “roof†wouldn’t go into the hole to be screwed in. The roof is just a fabric type tarp. No real way to secure it except 2 small buckle things on each side that snaps apart easily. My dog escaped within 10 minutes of me walking away. Not worth the money

I have a golden retriever that is about 50 pounds. First she was able to get the latches unhooked and get out the door. I was able to clip them so she was unable to get them open anymore. Then she was able to chew or pull the wires apart at the bottom of the door. The metal is not strong enough. Now it is unsafe to keep her in. Will be attempting to take apart and return. It was not too bad to put together with 2 people.

I have a dog that does not like crates. I got this as an alternative to an indoor crate. I did not put the top on, giving it an open feel. My dog will go in willingly and no resistance. It is sturdy and well made. It was easier with two people to assemble. I placed a dog bed in it, and now it is her private room. I do not have to use the included food and water bowls because I use it indoors. If I was to use it outdoors, the top cover and bowls would be a great benefit. The bowls actually attach to the side with sturdy connectors. The finish seems a good enough quality to last outside. This has been great for my dog that does not do well in standard crates. Great find!

The roof, incidentally, is great for light rain. Whether it provides protection from the sun is, of course, a bit more variable and depends on where in the sky the sun is. It's about 4'x4', so unless your dog is TINY, not a lot of running is going to happen in there. It IS a perfectly acceptable enclosure for a few to several hours outside in good weather. I would be cautious of how the food/water bowls are positioned, as clinical evidence indicates that raised dishes can lead to gastric distress in dogs, but the rotating panel is pretty handy. I've got this one set up at my parents' home, which doesn't have a fenced in back yard, so that the dog can be outside with us without having to be on a leash. I imagine this will be fantastic once the weather warms up a bit more, but it's not bad for brief stints even in the cold.
