I’ve bought a few things from Mr Pen and I’ve always been satisfied. Unfortunately, this sticky note dispenser was a miss. It arrived with a missing peg on the upper right (see photo). At some point I was able to get the lid on but the sticky notes refused to come out and it tore a page. Then the lid got stuck. Finally got it off after carefully jiggling bottom pegs and tried a different sticky note pack that was used (maybe ten sheets left) and the whole pad came out through the slot! Ultimately had to get a refund.

Love Mr Pen! It does the job & comes with a warranty! I'll keep using these products.

Took a couple pulls to break it in, but it works like a charm now! Definitely worth it, and will buy again when I need another!

The lid really doesn't stay on, seems to be a little finicky. You don't hear that satisfying *snap* into place. It only holds one ream of accordion sticky notes, which is a (slight) bummer for someone like me that can fly through one in a days work... so I have to replace it often. The product is also immensely heavy and I'm not too sure why.Overall, it's okay. There are probably better sticky note holders out there ~

I’m not exactly sure why this looks so scuffed up and dirty but this is what it looks like after I wiped it with alcohol pads AND scrubbed it with dish soap. There are pieces of metal bars under the spring base that may have released grounds and damaged the plastic pieces. Or I was sent a used item which is not what I ordered. Aside from the visual aspect, the product would have been great. Sturdy and cover stays on securely. 50/50 on whether I’ll keep it or return it for a different brand

Came in broken on one of the corner clasps (could have returned but lagged on it). Post it’s would not easily come out. I was yanking them and still nothing. Maybe needs a specific type of them. You get what you pay for.

Sometimes the clear top part slips out of its holder and it comes apart when I’m trying to pull a sticky note out to use.
