although this product is listed for a cts, it WILL work on the srx with some modifcations. I took the bushing out of the housing and put it in the housing for my 2005 cadillax srx it fits perfect. after reading some of the reviews of the bearing being dry, i took the seals off the bearing and repacked it with good grease. havent installed it back in the vehicle yet but i am confident it will be fine for a while. no need to replace your entire driveshaft for 400-1000 when you can get this for under $60!!! hope this helps someone in the same boat as me!

So far so good a little over a week since we installed this.It was super easy to install on our 2006 Cadillac CTS, since we already had the drive line pulled out.

This is probably a great part for any vehicle it fits but although Amazons page said it was a fit for my Cadillac CTS 3.6 DI AWD and the product description clearly stated my model year it did not match or fit my car. I didn't find this out until the exhaust system was dropped and propeller shaft removed. Then it was clear this part could not work. I'm guessing the AWD center bearing is different so Amazon should update there page to more effectively differentiate between 2 wheel and AWD parts.So, always check with the dealer 1st to get part info then go to Amazon and search the part number for the better price.Final solution for my car. There is no center bearing part sold for the AWD. You have to buy the entire propeller shaft. Bummer!!
