I purchased a few new fermenter which lacked grommets. These answered my prayers. They fit perfectly and easily hold my airlocks in place. These are great for fermenting anything you desire. If you need some, grab these!

It's a 3/8" oring, so drill your hole for it 7/16" for a nice snug fit that won't cut the oring.

Works great in my home made fermenting lids. Drill the hole, insert grommet... there will be a little slack ... then insert hydro-lock, which tightens the seal. Great to have spares on hand

Drilled a half inch hole fits like a dream looses points bc it does smell like a new tire and gives me second thoughts about their intended use with food.

A bit stiff to install. However I ran the grommet under some hot water and it softened up and popped right in!
