Simple, easy, no mess coffee maker. Can use the coffee pot to add water with zero mess. Definitely wanted a new maker that was not expensive and had a reusable filter. I couldn't be more pleased!!!

Bought this as a back up. Now its in use every day.So happy with this coffee maker.It's 12 cups. (Smaller 8 oz cups.) About 3 to 4 mugs.The lid comes up from the right. So if you are left handed, you might have to turn the unit a little to get coffee and water in.The filter sits in a specific way into a groove. There is a little white line to align.The water guage is clear enough to see the water you pour in.Trying to adjust the right amount of coffee yet.Being a 12 cup maker, if you are not use to lifting that amount of weight, you might have to be a little careful.Simple click on button.Automatically turns off after a while.But no worries.Stays warm for while.Plus, you can click the button again for reheating.Doesn't take long.It is a great unit all in all.I am happy with this company and coffee maker. Great value for the price. I would buy again.

This is a great traditional coffee maker. Simple in function and design! Easy clean up and good work horse type of coffee maker as an alternative to K-Cup methods when you need to fill multiple cups rather than single-serve portions. Cost effective in the sense ground coffee in a can is less expensive than a box of K-Cup pods which can run betwen $15.00 or $28.00 USD for premium brands of 20-32 pods in a box.

Updated review: After my previous review (see below), Marc from the seller's customer support reached out to me. I responded with details of the issue and he immediately sent me a replacement. Great customer service. The replacement works fine. Brews about a cup per minute. Easy to use; no electronics. This coffee maker does not emit odors of heated plastic & paint as other inexpensive coffee makers do. The coffee tastes good. No complaints. Thanks Marc for your service!Original review: Only had it for 3 months. A few days ago, the heating element which heats the water for the brew, started to fail. As a result, the brewing time is extremely long. This still happens despite the recommended cleaning. Very disappointed because I liked using this simple, one button push coffee maker. No computers, timers, displays, etc. Very simple, and it brewed a good pot of coffee.

Standard & basic coffee maker without frills - just what I was looking for. Be sure to read the instruction manual though. Specifically, I made the mistake of not placing the funnel frontward and not clicking the top lid shut, so the liquid didn't drip into the pot, and made a little mess. Important to remember, but a very simple process and correction.I also like the compact size. So many out there are big and bulky. With me having a small apartment kitchen with limited counter space, I wanted the smallest size I could get for a 12 cup machine, because I love a full pot of coffee every morning!Pleased with my purchase and would recommend to anyone wanting small and simple!

What I like about this coffee maker is its simplicity -- one button to turn it on and automatic shut off. Nothing fancy. The grounds basket needs to be properly aligned to avoid a coffee grounds slurry on your countertop, but proper alignment isn't difficult. The five star rating is because of customer service, yes customer service! They were responsive and helpful when I had an issue.

Nice coffee maker. Pause and serve function works perfectly with no dripping at all. Brews a pot fairly fast and keeps it hot. Turns off in 2 hours - wish it were 3. This is a nice function as I have left home with the unit on.

I’ve had several different drip coffee makers over the years. They all have made decent coffee and this one is no exception. The coffee maker that just died and ones previous have been programmable. I got those not because I wanted to program butbecause I wanted to make sure I had the automatic shut off. But I did not want the flashing time on the coffee maker. So black tape solved that. this one is simple from the start. One button. Makes very good coffee. Shuts off after two hours, perfect. The carafe is slightly better designed than previous ones that I’ve used. Easy easier to pour, less dripping. The water well in the machine is also easier to fill, just more room to pour.

La cafetera está muy bien hecha, buenos materiales y está muy linda. El switch de encendido sólo se toca hacia la dirección de la luz, es tipo timbre de puerta asà que no hay que presionarlo tan fuerte. Hace el café muy rápido y lo deja caliente. Muy buena opción si quieres tener tu cafetera color rosa 🩷
