I read about leaks and found out that (in my case) they were caused by failing to position the parts correctly at the moment of tightening them up, once that was solved and I secured it tightly, leaks disappeared. Quality feels good, and it's very easy to use. The appearance is fine.Passing by just to update the review: still working properly, used daily.

The quality of the hose is very poor, at night when I was sleeping, the sound of water came from inside the toilet and the floor of the toilet was full of water. When I checked, I found that the inside of the hose was torn.
