I had to give this 5 stars because it performs how I'd expect for a sub-$10 multi-tool. A multi-tool is a multi-tool, good primarily for making adjustments to a bike while on a ride. These are not made for making repairs in the field, I wouldn't want any multi-tool for that, not even a $40 version. Also note different multi-tools have different tools, that's the bigger thing to compare. For example, this one has no wrenches, so if you expect to need a wrench on a ride, then this isn't a good choice. It also does not have a #2 Phillips head, but instead it has a #1. So it is important to understand what is needed before buying a multi-tool and picking the one with the correct sizes and desired tools. This actually feels pretty well made to me. I tested it on my bike on various fittings, often the most adjusted and hardest to tighten/loosen is the seat. I was able to do that with this tool. I was able to adjust all the various handlebar components too. This did not come with a Hex head that fit my disc break housing, so I can't change out my disc brake pads. If I was actually buying this for my bike, I would have researched it better to make sure it came with the sizes I needed for my bike. The most useless thing on this seems to be the tire tool, I didn't test that because I use tubeless tires. But from past experience changing many inner-tubes throughout my life, don't plan on the tire tool that this comes with the do any good, and will probably damage the wheel. I don't know of any multi-tool that can remove and install a tire though, so I don't consider that a fault of this tool.I didn't test the chain breaker either. Compared to other chain breakers I have, this one seems like it should work in a pinch.

Has everything you need for trail side repair. Small enough to fit in your saddle bag.

I got this bike tool kit for my dad for Father's Day because his bike is always breaking down and he can't drive. This kit includes 12 precision tools like hex keys, a chain breaker, screwdrivers, and a Torx tool, all with non-slip grips.Made from high-quality carbon steel, it’s durable and resistant to rust and corrosion. The slim design makes it easy to carry around, and it’s perfect for quick repairs and adjustments on the go.The chain tool works with multiple speed chains and is easy to use, even with gloves on. This bike tool kit is a great gift for any one dependent on their bike for basic transportation.

Not a lot to say about this one. The unit seems to work well enough. I do wish there was a way to detach some of the keys so you can wrench without the entire assembly. In some areas of a bike, it becomes difficult to find room to fit everything. Overall this works great for its compactness and ability to make on-the-fly adjustments

The multitool serves it's purpose but I feel that it could've been made better. Also, for some reason, it arrived with a lot more grease/oil than what I'm used to with machined tools. Once I was able to wipe the grease/oil off, I used it to work on my bike. It did what it was exactly made for but I wish some of the tools could be detached from the body to help with better use. It was cumbersome to use at times. For what it's worth, the price is right but you can get better quality with spending just a little more extra money.

I'm extremely impressed with this bike tool. especially for this value. its not the lightest tool on the market, but to slip in a hydration pack and hit the trails, the slight weight difference is not noticeable. The materials and build quality is great. GREAT FIND.

First Day Review: "Bike Toolkit"? Hardly. The Bike Chain Tool by NIPNSCI came today. I'm a Product Reviewer who got this product for "free". I paid too much! I cannot recommend it! I like the idea behind these All-In-One, space-saving tools. I like being prepared, and I hate carrying too many pounds of excess weight. On the side of the road, I know 1 tool can make the difference between fixing something and riding home - or walking home, pushing your horse. It happened last week, but I had the skills and tools to repair! And, I also like saving money - and this product is cheap! It is worth the $7 currently charged. BUT, what would be even worse than breaking down, is breaking down, trying to repair your bike, but failing, because the tool you "cheaped-out" on, is inadequate and/or faulty, and you're caught out at night, in rain, snow, or in a bad neighborhood. Don't give this to your children! They will likely have repair confidence they don't actually have, be disappointed, and may be hurt (when a tool fails or slips, made of bad metal). This tool could well have cut too many corners, thinking consumers usually go for the least expensive choice. Well, that's not true. Smart penny-pinchers know that you sometimes have to spend more to get more - in fact, you usually do, and this "Bike Toolkit" tool is more a toy than a tool. It didn't come in a case or bag - and the PRODUCT box it did some in was bigger than necessary, so that wouldn't be your first choice. The Chain Breaker has very loose threads. Not all of the tools have their sizes marked. OK, that's a cheap shot. But so is this product. PLEASE build better products, and charge more to do so. Good products are needed, and will draw in more and more consumers. Have repeat customers that remember your name - not buy once, never again ones. Made In China.
