Setup Instructions

Calibrate Your Printer for the Label Size:

  1. Load at least 4 consecutive labels into the printer.
  2. Power on the printer.
  3. Press and hold the 'Feed' button.
  4. Release the button once you hear a single 'Di' sound.
  5. The printer will then calibrate the label size and properties.

For ROLLO Printers:

  1. Right-click on your image file and select Open with > Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro to open the file.
  2. Press Ctrl + P to print the image.
  3. Select Rollo as the printer.
  4. Click Properties, Settings, and choose the 2"x2" label template.
  5. Ensure "Print color as black" is checked before printing.

I don't know why but the purple circle labels are horrible! They print out as a faded gray. Not black. Other colors seem to work fine. Just not purple.Update: went from 1 star to 4 because they reached out and replaced the purple labels with a color of my choice for free. Customer service seems to be decent. May purchase again in the future, just nothing in purple.
