Got this printer for shipping labels and it was so easy to set up and use . Quality for printing on labels came out great! Very good for the price and very compact . Fits great on my desk and didn’t take up to much space . The labels sit right behind and looks great.

Love this thermal printer. Printing stickers, mailing labels, all kinds of stuff. And no ink. How cool. I’ve printed from my phone and also from my computer. The app works great and gives you options to print stuff already made or you can make your own stuff. Highly recommend this

This printer is easy to setup and easy to use. I had purchased it for printing shipping labels, and now use it for product labels as well. I did notice some streaking and poor print quality that made me think that maybe the printer was defective, but when I examined the print head surface, I noticed some dull spots that I could feel. I was able to use an eyeglass lens cloth to clean the printhead and restore the print quality.Keep in mind that thermal labels are coated, and some of that coating can rub off onto the printhead, causing a decrease in print quality. The decreased print quality is not the fault of the printer but merely some of the coating from the labels sticking to the printer. With regular care, this printer is an amazing value. I now clean the printhead before any large label printing projects to avoid wasting labels.I really appreciate the speed of the printer as well as the low cost of conumables such as the labels.

I spent weeks attempting to get this printer to work properly. It printed correctly two or three times, but it wasted hundreds of labels because it couldn't configure properly. I contacted support, but gave up when their suggestions were things I'd already tried, they kept requesting a bunch of photos, and i was referred to YouTube videos for troubleshooting. So, I did not find support helpful AT ALL. It was easy enough to transport and set up in different areas of the home, but it really doesn't matter when it's just overpriced junk.

It took me a while to get used to. Still have to figure out the correct size to make on label but otherwise good product.

after printing all my labels on paper and taping them onto boxes this printer is a game changer and so easy to use, plus the pink is super cute. can't wait to make stickers with it!

Tuve que devolver esta impresora térmica porque su Bluetooth solo es compatible con el celular, no con la computadora. Uso una MacBook, que no tiene puerto USB, y no iba a comprar un adaptador solo para poder usarla.Además, el adaptador que supuestamente viene incluido nunca funcionó. Ni siquiera pude estrenarla porque para usarla en computadora necesitas un programa y configurarlo es todo un show. Personalmente, prefiero crear mis etiquetas en la computadora para revisar bien los detalles, asà que hacerlas desde el celular no era una opción para mÃ.Si solo planeas usarla con el celular, quizás te funcione, pero si buscas algo compatible con computadora, mejor busca otra opción.
