I had a cheap machine prior to this and I upgraded to this. Such a good machine for the first few weeks. Now it gets stucked none stop. Can’t do a single counting without beeping none stop. It’s more annoying than my cheaper machine. I wish I could return this pile of crap

We purchased it around 8 months ago for my small international wire transfers business. It has been so helpful in catching fake bills (at total saving of twice I paid for the machine). The machine not only counts the bills but it adds its value. This has been very helpful because some time bills get mixed up causing you total value to be wrong. this machine help you save time. Another nice feature is the printer, batches of bills are created, and it prints out the count, denomination and total value. I would recommend the MUNBYN Bank Grade Money Counter Machine for any business, I currently use it for the Wire Transfers, and a small supermarket. The most value you will get is that is helps you save time, and headaches.

It was pretty easy to set up. Installation instructions suck. But you don't need them. Just look on the picture on the outside of the box and you can see how the pieces to. Accuracy is an issue when one or more bills don't make it thru. Might as well just start the counting all over again. But if it makes it thru your whole stack without any jams it's very accurate. Send jam about 50% of the time. So when it does I just put that stack though a second time and it generally works. Not as slick as the ones at the Bank. But it works. Much faster than hand counting, even if I do have to send every other stack thru again.

This machine counts very well and the customer service support is great. I needed to add several exotic currencies to the firmware and the customer service send me the file and guided the install. Very happy with the purchase!

In FAQ it says that this machine is programmed for AED currency as well, it’s a false statement. Secondly I tried to use it for USD and it jams a lot, issues with the new bill recognition as well, so you have to go over and over again just to count those final bills. Disappointed… Returned back through Amazon Customer Care and getting my refund soon. Don’t waste your time and money. Just buy something bit more expensive and well known brand.

I’m a Singapore based customer and bought the product recently. Initial impression of the built and craftsmanship of the product it feels pretty robust and well made. After turning on, the rollers and interface of the machine feels pretty top tier. However, there was an issue with the Singaporean currency not being listed. ( it’s not a default currency on the machine ) called the WhatsApp service line and they responded pretty promptly and I now have 9 different currencies from my region in the cash counter. Good stuff.
