I love this machine. It’s has so many features and it’s fun to use. I’m fact, sometimes I take longer using it than counting by hand because I start playing with all the features just because it fun and very cool to a gadget geek like myself. Customer service is great. You messenger them through Facebook messenger and they are prompt to respond. Just keep in mind, they seem to be based in China so best time to text them is late in the evening in the US which is morning in China. The first machine I had broke after around 3 months. I believe the motor when bad. They asked for a video of the problem and after they consulted with engineering they deemed it faulty and shipped me a new one right away. It’s only took a few days to arrive. The replacement worked great and I shipped the broken one back to them. They paid for the postage by refunding me through Amazon part of the purchase price of the machine. So not only is this an amazing product but the team behind it is responsive and stands behind it promptly and without any issues. This is the most feature packed money counting machine on this price range and I highly recommend it!3.5 Year Update:This machine has continued to work great. It is very reliable and accurate. It has never miscounted even after 3.5 years of usage. I am very happy with my purchase. I still highly recommend this product!

This is generally a decent machine, as far as features and capability, but it has one huge flaw - every so often, perhaps one time in 20, it miscounts. The total it displays can be 15-20% off the correct amount. I'm not talking about the bills it feeds into the reject (top hopper), I'm talking about the bills that end up in the bottom (counted hopper). When I get an amount that seems off, I've found that just power-cycling the machine seems to fix the miscounting problem. But having a money counter that is sometimes inaccurate is a total deal-breaker.

I purchased Munbyn's IMC08 Bank Note Counter in 2021. It has by far surpassed all expectations I had for a machine of this quality. After owning it for two years, I feel I can give a fair review of it's quality and performance. The machine's accuracy is Bank Grade. You can fill the upper hopper with over 400 notes. It will accurately count mixed denominations; regardless of the orientation, at a speed of almost 17 notes a second. When a mixed stack of notes needs sorting, the two pockets of the IMC08 offer a major advantage over competitors. In 60 seconds you can orient a full stack of mixed notes to all face the same direction, then sort each denomination individually. It is amazing to watch a disorganized stack of 400 notes turn into organized eye candy at a rate of 1000 notes a minute. The IMC08 offers 12 layers of counterfeit detection that insure all notes you receive are authentic. One of the most amazing features of the IMC08 is it’s ability to read the Serial Numbers of each bill. This is a helpful feature for currency collectors. In 30 seconds the IMC08 will read the Serial Numbers of 500 notes and save them to a USB Stick. The USB Stick can be inserted into a PC and using Software, search for desired sequences. Munbyn's 3 year warranty offers Peace of Mind support that other competitors do not. After two years of flawless operation, my IMC08 begin giving an Image Board error and Munbyn's customer support was more than willing to send a replacement machine.

This machine gets heavy use in our business, we own a laundromat. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and reliable.We’ve had a couple of small issues, like the machine needing a firmware update that the manufacturer responded to very quickly.I’ve found communicating via WhatsApp with them to be painless. Their English language skills are great and they even help with how to questions quickly.I would definitely buy this brand again. It works just as well as my Cummins for half the price.

I bought a Munbyn money counter just over a 2 years ago. The machine was working great until recently it started giving me trouble. I got in touch with the Munbyn customer service and went through a series of steps to troubleshooting the machine. They realized the machine couldn’t be fixed and agreed to send a new bill counter to replace the old one.
