Parts included
- Hinges are on pivot hinges. Mounted on the top and bottom of the door. Most of the weight is on the bottom hinge.
- Bottom pivot is 1/2" steel shank with a thrust bearing.

- Hinges are mounted on top and on the bottom of the door Both upper and lower hinge has a bearing for extra smooth opening and closing.
- No wheel required on the non hinge side of the door.

- This hardware is intended for use on flush mount applications and sits inside the doorway opening.
- Hinges can be used on in swing or out swing doors. Right hand or left-hand door swing.

The hinges come with no instructions. I contacted the manufacturer to get the measurements for the positioning. However they don’t want to give any information at all.After searching for a long time I found a YouTube video where the guy gave the measurements.Once I had the measurements it was very easy to fit the hinges.I built a bookcase door and is working fine.Very happy with the results and hinges. Not happy with the manufacturer for not giving any information.

The directions are terrible, but the hardware fits both an aesthetic and a mechanical need. I am building a door for a storage area in my daughter's family room. She wanted a swing-out door she could put DVD's and video games on for storage that would also give access to a storage room on the other side. This "secret door" bookcase will operate just fine with this hardware. Plus, I get to keep my Superdad cape!
