I wanted something easy and compact to punch for exercise or steess relief and this was perfect! It's really fun to beat your high score and my kids love using it too. It's an easy and quick little workout throughout the day. The sound isn't amazing but I expected that for the price point. I like connecting my phone to it via Bluetooth and listen to my own music. Great buy!

The speaker's not very loud but it's loud enough. That's about my only complaint. Just remember when you hit the pads and things you don't have to hit it hard like a punching bag just a softer hit. Don't Go full force it won't register and you'll probably just break it. Works as it should and it's very addictive, good cardio. Also use the sticky pad that it has for the back of it and the brackets and mount it to a flat wall don't try to mount it to a post or a corner it needs to be on a flat wall.

I absolutely love my boxing machine it is engaging & fun. I have been using it for 3 months and can see such a difference in waistline and my arms toning up. It really has increased my energy level and was a great value for the price. The design is compact and out of the way for easy use.

This machine is a great tool for my teenager. He can relieve stress in a fun away or simply play a game and try to beat his highest score.. it’s was very easy to install and durable material.
