Unbelievable deal for what.....15 bucks shipped? I was going to order a genuine Fender USA pg for a modern American Standard since I have an Am Pro II neck mounted, but neither of the ones I had on hand would fit this MIM body without leaving a gap at the control plate. This Musiclily pg fit nice and snug with very little need to stretch any of the screw holes. They all went right in straight, and zero gap at the control plate. Yes, I had to dremel for the truss rod notch, but no problem. This guard came packaged in a plastic bag containing the guard which comes with not one, but two layers of protective film, a full set of screws, and as a bonus, a 1mm pick. Couldn't be happier!

The price is great on this. The holes all line up pretty good. I had some trouble getting it to fit around the control plate at first, bit with some light sanding I got it to work. In the end it achieved the look that I was going for reasonably cheap.

Fits my 1992 MIM Jazz Bass nicely. It was maybe a little snug at one screw but no modifications were needed. I’d buy another one.

I ordered this for a Squire 40th anniversary jazz bass. I never cared for the black one that came on it so I ordered this one and even though I knew from other reviews that I might have to make some adjustments, it was worth the risk. The quality of this pickgaurd is great. All four of the ply’s are even and all the screw holes lined up perfectly for me. The tortoise shell this gives the sunburst a much better and more vintage look. I dig it.

Easy and great looking upgrade for my 2002 Made in Mexico (MIM) Fender Jazz. I bought a new bass and my old one was getting jealous so I thought it could use a facelift. Enter this snazzy new pickguard, a simple drop-in replacement. Screw holes all lined up nicely and no gaps at the neck pocket or control plate. Space around the pickup is ever so slightly greater than the stock pickguard but isnt noticeable at all. I also replaced the bent control plate and it all lines up very nicely. I was also very pleased to find a new set of screws included as the old ones had rusted. Nice surprise there!Love how the pearloid white looks against the sage green metallic body and I can't believe I waited so long to do this! I'm thinking about buying more in other colors just to change up the look every now and again.

The black pickguard that i bought is underneath the original one!!...its not just a hair off or some sanding could fix but i threw everything out so now im just beat and its trash. you get what you pay for. Atleast its got 10 holes...otherwise that be my fault,right?

Por 15 euros esta muy bien , se lo ve bien y resistente , para un bajo fender squier jazz calzo casi perfectamente en el micrófono pero los milimetros de mas no se notan
