Easy to assemble. All the parts are included and the holes for the screws all line up as they should. One thing to note is the bottom of the A part (the base) has one silver part that I was unsure if it matters what attaches to that and couldn't find any specific notes in the instructions, but later found out that the bottom scratching board will have to attach to that silver part on the base. So to save other buyers the same frustration of having to turn the base around after already assembling some of the steps, I am mentioning it. This is well built, sturdy, and excellent size for my five cats. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy this again for other rooms in my house.

I want to say thank you for fixing the issue, as my turtles and fluffy calico cat live the cat tree.But now to the points:1. I understand things happen during shipping, and things can be delayed. But I shouldn't have to reach out to you to ask what is happening. I see that the package couldn't be delivered. I had to reach out to the buyer to figure out what happened. I will still give 5 stars regardless of what happens.2. Thank you for making it right and fixing it and the speedy delivery.3. I love the color and the size and how my cats have space, it's very soft and has many places for my cats to lounge.4. It's very solid and easy to assemble and also very sturdy.5. Also it was not as expensive, it was able to fit in my budget, as I have seen more for more money. But it was this style and color I wanted.6. I would recommend this for other cat lovers.Thank you

Got this in mid December 2024. Now after time as gone by I have to say it is still doing good with 3 cats. I think they see it more as a jungle gym. The 4 starts is because at the bottom where the large scratch pad is, is missing the part for the bolt to screw into. It's just a wooden hole. Other than that it's a good product.

Super easy to put together I was able to do it in about 45 minutes by myself. Its pretty tall and sturdy plus its fits my cats perfectly. My cats love it so i definitely recommend getting it this is the best cat tree I have ever had!

I have big cats and this fits them perfectly. also its easy to set up and feels soft. You can see how tall it is to my window which goes from floor to ceiling. My male cat has found his perch where he can look out the window and scan the living room. The scratching posts are in the perfect spot for my cats. Great value and built to last!

Arrived exactly as described and in perfect condition. Packed for shipping extremely well. Arrived with NO DAMAGE. Very Impressive. Easy to put together. Went together like clockwork. My cat's absolutely love it! It is VERY attractive and looks beautiful in my living room. Very Sturdy...has a good weight to prevent rocking...my cat's jump up and down all day... Excellent price...easy to vacuum and keep clean. My cat's love the toys to play with. Fantastic cat condo!!!

In the pictures you will find my cat Caprese enjoying her house. She loves the two hide aways and the windows to peak out of while playing. She also enjoys sitting in the baskets while playing or just straight napping. The hammock on the bottom doesn't see any use besides to hold toys. I will say she refuses to use the ramps on it, they are strictly for decoration. Use them as a scratching area? Puh-lease! She rather scratche my furniture or the carpet than be caught dead scratching the ramp or the many areas the rope is on. I used one of the cardboard scratching boards and attached it to the ramp and she uses that to scratch on. More recently she has been scratching at the rope near her baskets while she's playing. She goes HARD in her house. I find this thing moved a couple inches a day from her crazy cat activities but it's holding up well all things considered. Sturdy as the day I bought it, it matches the furniture I have in my home.The carpet is soft and inviting and my peasy loves to nap on the tippy top,baskets, the hiding holes and the other bed area. She is a large cat, 14 pounds and the length of my leg if she stands up on her back legs. She fits in all areas of this exce l t maybe the hammock. People said the pom poms fell off fast after buying and I have no idea what they are talking about. My peasy is extremely aggressive and they show no signs of falling off anytime soon. I like the variety this cat house offers for the price versus what local in person stores have to offer.
