I wanted to add some enhancements to a painting I did several months ago. I applied the gilding adhesive, waited an hour and then added the leaf. It's great on the gilding but the part that flakes off as you are applying it stuck to the painting and won't come off. I tried to brush it off as soon as I was done but it just stuck to the original painting. I tried to use alcohol to see if it would come off but it doesn't. My very large painting is now ruined! You can see in the picture that the leaf stuck not only to the adhesive but beside it as well. It is impossible to put the leaf only on the adhesive because the foil just comes apart. You can't just put a sheet on the adhesive part like you can with other foils so it goes everywhere.

Got these to use on my polymer clay earrings. All the colors are very pretty and stay vibrant after baking. The colors pop even more when I apply a resin coat.

I tried to apply to my nail as a simple art design and it just fell apart and never really stuck to the nail like the gold foil that I bought before.
