Got this to mount the LED strip lights in. works very well. defuser does block a lot of the brightness of the light. worked great for what i needed it for. knocked a point off for lens not letting enough light through.

These v mounts are a pain to get to clip in when close to a ceiling, especially if that ceiling or wall is not straight or smooth. Here's my tips.Put a clip on the track where you want to mount to a wall and drill a hole in the railing (see pic). That allows you to screw the clip to the wall with the clip already securely attached.If you have a 3d printer then print out some wedges around 13mm on short sides depending on the tolerances of your printer. These wedges ensure a perfectly lined up seam between lengths.

I used the provided fixtures and 3M double-sided tape for mounting. After a week, it fell off in the middle of the night scaring the heck out of my family and tearing my expensive Govee lighting strip to pieces! Also, it didn't do a good job of diffusing the LED lights while it was up. You could still see individual lights very clearly.

I ordered the 2m length channel and it arrived intact. Here are my notes:-The larger size makes the lights look bigger-Super clean look without exposed fittings-I drilled holes in the track and screwed to the wall, then the plastic covered up the screws.-The channel needs to be flat for the plastic diffuser to snap in. I overdid one when drilling to the wall (or maybe my wall isn't flat?), slightly bending the metal across the 2m length. Then, the plastic would not remain in place. Maybe shorter lengths of track wouldn't have this issue.-I installed the plastic diffuser with a putty knife. I got one edge installed, then pressed the opposite plastic edge into the groove - and followed along the length of the track to fit in the plastic diffuser. I kept pressure on the top edge with my finger a hand length ahead of the bottom edge with the putty knife.-You need access all along the length of the track to install the plastic.-I recommend testing out the lights and wiring first before installing all of it. My extra power feed cables project a shadow. If I did it again, I would probably lay the power down first, then the lights.-I cut the aluminum channel like crown molding with a miter saw. The plastic cover was cut with scissors. The corners look ok.The plastic track was hit or miss. I ending up taping the problem plastic to the channel and wall so it wouldn't move. If the diffuser fit easier/more securely, then this is a five star product to me.

These are exactly what they claim to be and work extremely well. My 60 led/m BTF lights look perfectly spotless and look awesome in all of the applications for which they were intended. I do wish they came in black, but the fact that the aluminum is mostly hidden when installed keeps this from being a big deal.Pro tip. You can put 4x together to make a round LED pole light. Don't yet have a place to use this, but can't wait until I do.

Parfait mais je mettrais la dernière étoile quand ils incluront le nécessaire pour gérer les angles...Soyez prévenus, il faut être équipé en scie à métaux et limes pour faire des angles bien propres !Ne pas avoir des tarifs exagérés parce qu'on est pas aux US serait un plus appreciable aussi 😅
