I couldn't be happier with this portable thermal label printer! It's compact, easy to set up, and extremely efficient. The print quality is crisp and the labels I print come out crisp and clear every time. I love that it doesn't require any ink or toner, which makes it a great buy in the long run.The Bluetooth connectivity is a game changer, allowing me to print directly from my phone or tablet without any hassles. It's lightweight, small, and portable, making it perfect for labeling on the go, whether I'm organizing my office, kitchen, or making crafts. The app it pairs with is easy to use and offers a variety of templates so you can customize your labels to your liking. If you're looking for a reliable portable label printer that delivers professional-quality results, this is the one to buy. Highly recommended!

Absolute trash. The printer connected to my phone and laptop the day I bought it and worked ok-ish. I didn't use it again for about a month, coincidentally just after the return window closed. It didn't work. Nothing I try will connect it or make it work even when directly plugged into my laptop. Very frustrating. I would return it if I could.

This was a perfect upgrade for printing labels instead of using a full size printer. It is so fast and works great! It's easy to use and set up too I'm quite technologically challenged and customer service was amazing for a simple tip to get my labels to fill the whole sheet. A+ experience, service, & product! Also great value for the price!

There are a few key points that make this thermal printer a step above it’s competitors and it’s worthwhile mentioning key engineering design decisions.1. Transparent Cover - The top compartment is transparent so that you can see what labels you’re using. If you have multiple label types you need yo account for, this is it.2. Built-In Rod - This is essential because it will hell prevent the rolled labels from shifting while printing and it keeps it within the machine, making it compact without needing additional desk space for the labels.3. Simple Set-Up - It’s practically plug and play for the hardware and software. For me, I needed a thermal printer that can print my round labels without having a label holder behind it and without having to constantly switch between different types of labels. This solves that problem. Although it is bulkier than my previous thermal printer, the previous one actually took up more space if you account for the label storage.

Tried two different brands of 4x6 rolled labels in this printer, and the printer would not close with either of them installed. It's like the spooling rod that holds the labels and it's little circular endpieces are just about 2 mm too wide with a roll of 4x6 labels installed to be able to actually close the printer. And I did have the labels installed correctly and inserted into all the guides within the printer. I didn't even try using folded labels because I don't have room for all of that on my desk, and after about 20 minutes of trying to manipulate the label spool and the printer, I got really frustrated and decided it wasn't worth my time, especially since I was never able to get the printer to close while labels are installed inside. This seems like a major design flaw to me.

Despite the instructions not being the best, I had no issues whatsoever setting the printer up in Windows. I connected the unit to my PC, powered it on, and ran the driver installation file on the included flash drive, and a test print later and this machine was up and running. I later ran Windows Defender and it didn't find any malicious software so the driver seems to be good. On the other hand, when I went to set up the Android app and tried to print a photo from my gallery, it asked for permission to change any files at any time on my phone. That's a little shady, I uninstalled that immediately; however, when I did have it installed, it worked pretty well in printing via bluetooth.Overall, if you're shipping things out of your house and want to get good quality labels in a 4"x6" format, and aren't really counting on the phone app, this is a nice little printer. The labels print very quickly, and are great quality. I've even printed a couple of photos in black and white from this thing just to see if I could, and they came out pretty nice.

Printer was ok to set up, not too difficult but not easy and user friendly.Using the labels provided the printer rarely works. Once I get the labels loaded and fed through I print a label and it either gets stuck or goes through fine and the next label up comes off in the printer and jams. I've printed 3 labels and in the process wasted 10-11. I even had the labels laid out flat and flush with the feed slot and still labels come unstuck while feeding and jam the printer. I am ONLY giving this printer 2 stars because I'm assuming a label roll on the spindle will work better. The folded labels provided are a complete joke and even out of the box the edges of the labels are already lifting off the paper.
