This electrical scissors is the best power tool I have found for cutting up large cardboard packagesinto smaller sheets for disposal. Tiger saws, reciprocating saws, circular saws, all produce lots of paper dust, and those rotary blade cutters are quite clumsy to use.However, this scissors leaves no dust at all, and it is very easy to make tightly curved cuts. The battery lasts forever (well for the half hour or so I may use it at the longest) , I have not had to use the included mains power adapter to power the scissors directly (nice to have if needed) at any time. All in all I am very happy with this purchase. The picture shows some 5 layer cardboard I did some cutting tests on. I usually cut up all the many packages I receive in to smaller pieces that i collect in the box under the work table, to be disposed of once a month or so.

I was looking for a pair of electric scissors having never owned or used them, so I relied on product research and online reviews. Looking toward future possible projects, I purchased these because of the many positive reviews, the ergonomic design and the versatility of functions. My first project entailed upcycling 100% wool Army blankets. The thought of having to cut the heavy blankets into large squares by hand sounded too painful and labor intensive. I marked where I needed to cut and WOW! These things had the job done effortlessly in no time flat. Had I done this same job by hand with manual scissors, it would have taken a couple of hours, created blisters and my hands would have ached with the effort.

I'm a lifelong seamstress who developed CMC thumb joint arthritis which makes using my many hand-powered scissors too painful. I was worried about spending so much on these scissors, but received encouragement from other owners and bought the product.ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC PURCHASE!So glad to have spent this money. So worth it. These come with both scissor heads, the charger, and all necessary equipment.I have many scissors, but this is THE BEST for cutting patterns on both thick and thin fabric.Nobody will regret buying this wonderful product!

OVERALL: It achieves its major objective of saving muscle usage. PROS: +++ It really saves the thumb basal joint from overuse if you have tons of cupboard boxes to decimate before getting them to the recycling bin. With the included battery pack you can manipulate the device freely.CONS: (1) The coaxial DC cord falls out all the time rendering it essentially useless. Use the battery pack. (2) It doesn't save too much time as you can use scissors to do the same job, probably faster, because we can manipulate scissors faster. (3) There is no storage box when you have a sharp tip, which is a separate unit that you insert into the main unit. I cut away a couple of the dividers in the packaging mold that it came in so I can use the same mold to store the scissors after the tip is attached. See photo. The battery pack has to be detached to fit back into the mold. (4) The power toggle can be turned on too easily.

I know these cost more and there is a reason for that. I owned a different brand of electric scissors and they are no where near as good as these. These are the kinds they use in textile shops in China. They are made to run forever. I cut up over a hundred boxes with these and they still cut cloth like a razor. This is a purchase you won’t regret.

I'm a caretaker for an 8 unit apartment complex out here in San Mateo CA, where recycling is in full force. We are allotted 3 blue wheelie bins inside a trash room for recyclables. Tenants don't break down corrugated cardboard boxes very well. This little WBT-2 cutter cuts through cardboard like a hot knife through butter. Use caution, however, because the "A" blade is very, very sharp and if you are not cautious serious finger injury can occur. Please ensure flattened boxes are on a level surface with an edge to allow cutting in a straight line. This unit will easily cut through double and thick vegetable corrugated flattened cardboard boxes with ease, but user has to flatten boxes first. Highly recommend this WBT-2.Update: 112022 @ 1436 CA time--> this unit is ideal for corrugated cardboard boxes after they've been flattened. This unit rips through cardboard like there is no tomorrow. As mentioned above "A" blades are sharp. Use caution. Wear gloves. Pay attention. This is not a toy. Highly highly recommend WBT-2!!

I have arthritis in my hands and found batch cutting hard work. I was not sure if the expense would be worth it, but so glad I took the plunge. I like the fact there are 2 different cutting blades and you can use the scissors either plugged in or just by battery. They a very precise and so far they have cut through everything I have tried, including double layer of denim, fleece and fine silk. A little noisy but it’s a small price to pay for the benefits.

La forbice taglia bene anche in curva, ho provato con diversi tipi di stoffe e con il cartone e non fa una piega.Taglia bene anche il cuoio fino a 3mm, il 5 non riesce proprio a prenderlo, ma era dichiarato quindi nulla da dire.Aggiornamento: passo da 2 a 5 stelle.Mi era arrivato il cavo del caricabatterie sbagliato. Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti e dopo 1 settimana mi é arrivato il cavo corretto, quindi ora il prodotto é perfetto!
