Worked a month and now doesn't work dont buy this product the internet connection just got limited and stopped working for no reason it burnt out and stopped switching on

This Android box is not bad for the price. However, there a few things don't particularly like. I wish there was some controls on the box itself. Everything has to be done via the remote and or an attached keyboard etc. Additionally, I find that for some reason the audio jack seems to have an issue. No 3.5mm cable seems to fit properly as would expected resulting in a hum or buzzing sound in your speakers or earphones/headphones. Tried multiple headphones and cables and had the same problem. I will see what support says about the issue.

Nothing works on the box I received. It takes forever for the box to update and show the correct time but I can not download and use any of the apps including kodi. I’m extremely disappointed!

I brought 6 of these boxes, for the most part , im only having problems with 3 of them. I reached out to the seller and the told me to clean the HDMI cords 😱🤣 ( the it comes from rust). 1st of all the cords were new and the TV's not even a year old ( i seriously doubt it's rust). So i did what they said and it's the same result. So now I'm seeing if they gonna switch it.. so I give 3 starts because of the 3 boxes situation. So far the other 3 boxes working just fine so far. I purchased September 1 and the 3 went bad October 8th. I hope this helps

I rarely write reviews on Amazon but when I do, it's because the product is so bad, consumers need to be warned. I made the wrong assumption that since this product was running Android 12, it would be modern and responsive hardware. Mistake. It's so slow out of the box, you might think the device is broken. So much lag you need to leave the room to use the restroom to not be bothered. Remote is unresponsive but that could just be the device itself. After fiddling it with an hour it just quit on me. LED that should be either red or blue to indicate power went off and would not come back on. Junk.
