These are one of the best purchases I've made recently. The salad tongs I had were silver plate and had turned badly. These fit you hands well making it easy to mix and serve salad.

The wood is good quality and they have an evenly applied sealer to protect against damage- not sure how long that will last with use. I decorate the handles of these, so I sand it off anyway. I’ve bought many sets, the only downside is the way the slots of the fork are cut is not consistent between sets. The distance between each fork slot is even but they don’t always center the group of slots in the spoon bowl part.If you are a buying a set for your own use or a as gift, they are a great buy at this price.
