This item appears to be sturdy, it would have been easy to assemble, and it is attractive. Unfortunately, there is a manufacturing defect that causes the black coating to chip significantly. I ordered a replacement hoping to get one in better condition, but it was also chipped.

Pretty much get what you see in the picture. Base is stable, but not coated (just stained), so we will see how it holds up to moisture over time. Was really easy to put together, and looked like good quality. Looks good in our bathroom!

It could do with a plate to hold the spare rolls so they are squared up, the base could also be alittle heavier, But it looks nice and does it job.
