Ok lot of people complaining. For one its not expensive so hello dont expect super high quality. But it does the job fine. Mine was not scratched up. Those who have crooked arms or loose stuff...did not screw it in straight and probably stripped the holes fussing with it. Mine went together fast and its tight. Also sturdy. These are very heavy pottery mugs on it. Holds it fine. A good buy.

We actually didn't use this as a mug tree. We used it as a shadowbox necklace tree at a convention and it worked great for that! It is sturdy and nice looking. The finish was smooth and it was very easy to put together. I would buy this again.
